Major Gift Officer | Former Regional Manager | Instrumentation Engineer
I bridge the gap between technical precision and human compassion. As a Major Gift Officer for Helping Hand USA (HHRD), I do not just raise funds; I build sustainable partnerships that fuel long-term social change.
My approach to philanthropy is deeply rooted in my background. Before transitioning to the non-profit sector, I worked as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer at Eaton. There, I learned that a resilient system requires precise inputs to generate reliable outputs. Today, I apply that same "input-output" rigor to charitable giving. I work with high-impact donors to ensure their contributions are not just transactions, but strategic investments that deliver measurable results for communities in crisis.
This strategic perspective is backed by deep operational experience. Prior to my current role, I served as the Regional Manager for HHRD in the Greater Philadelphia area. Leading disaster relief logistics and community outreach gave me a ground-level understanding of what it takes to deliver aid effectively. I know the "mechanics" of the machine I am asking donors to fuel.
Whether managing complex endowment portfolios or designing donor engagement strategies, I operate with a single goal: efficiency. Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, I connect diverse communities with a shared vision, building systems of support that are as reliable as they are compassionate.
